Rotary Art Show 2027
The Cause
Since 1970, the Rotary Club of Studio City-Sherman Oaks has hosted this annual art show in May over Mother's Day weekend. Thus, for over 50 years, the show has gained iconic community status and anticipated by artists and art lovers alike.
This show features fine artisanal art and crafts including painting, ceramics, photography, sculpture, mixed media, textiles, woodworking, metal sculpting, printmaking, furniture and jewelry. All art is original artwork created by the artist representing their work. All artisanal crafts are handmade by the artist representing the crafts. Artists are selected based on the quality and uniqueness of their artwork and on the quality of their display and representation.
Our goal is to feature a diverse group of artists and limit artist in any given category in order to ensure the best environment for sales for all artists and a diverse selection for attendees.
Every year, numerous charity organizations benefit from the funds raised by the Rotary Club volunteer members. The ultimate beneficiaries of these events are people "in need" in our community.

Updates to the event this year?
- More love for your work: We’ve partnered with a social media specialist who will help us shine a bigger spotlight on our artists and their work through our website, Instagram, and Facebook.
- A better website: We’re redesigning the site to make it easier to navigate and, most importantly, to put you and your work front and center.
- A more fun weekend: We’re exploring music and better food and drink options so there’s more to enjoy throughout the show.
- A little more comfort: We know LA heat is no joke! We’re looking into options like fans and misting areas to help keep everyone comfortable.
- More helping hands: We’re bringing in additional volunteers to make setup, load-in, and load-out easier and less stressful.
- More people discovering your work: We’re putting more energy into advertising and promotion because we want to bring as many people as possible through the doors and into your booths.
